We have fully developed a proprietary technical system that targets the tasks of PEB engineering, engineering optimization, and further engineering. Our engineering people are also versed in utilization and application of main-stream commercial design software including STAAD,SAP2000,PKPM,STRUCAD,XSTEEL etc.

2. Advantage of steel structure prefabricated building systems:

Steel structure prefabricated building systems is one of many types of construction structure which uses steel and concrete as raw materials. Comparing to other types of construction structure such as reinforced concrete structure, steel structure is of higher strength-to-weight ratio and durability, lighter in terms of weight, more flexible in design, higher shock resistance, shorter construction lead time, less polluted and recyclable.


3. Steel Structureprefabricated building systems Main Materials:

1. The main frame (columns and beams) is made of H section steel, steel grade is Q235 or Q345

2. The main frame (columns and beams) is made of welded H-style steel.

3. The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt.

4. The beams and columns, beams and ;columns are connected with high intensity bolts.

5. The envelope construction net is made of cold form C-style purlins.

6. The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by Self-tapping nails.

From tender enquiry through design, fabrication and erection we employ a quality system designed to ensure complete satisfaction for the client. we are accredited to ISO 9001 for quality management and have a certified Factory Production Control (FPC) to Execution Class 4 to EN 1090 and welding Quality Management System (WQMS) which enables the company to CE mark all our products.

We are a registered company and are on the RQSC (Register of Qualified Steelworker Contractors Scheme) This provides extra confidence to clients and consultant.


5. THE MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS OF PREFABRICATED BUILDING SYSTEMS ARE AS BELOW:

PREFABRICATED BUILDING SYSTEMS PRIMARY BUILT UP MEMBERS

High grade steel plate conforming to ASTM A572M Grade 345 Type 1 carrying minimum Yield Strength of 34.5kN/cm2. It is factory Pained with a Minimum of 40 microns (DFT) of red oxide primer.


PREFABRICATED BUILDING SYSTEMS SECONDARY MEMBERS:

Galvanized high grade steel conforming to ASTM A653 Structural quality Grade 50 with zinc coating G90, Available in 1.5 mm, 1.75 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm thicknesses having minimum Yeild Strength as 34.5 kN/cm2.


PREFABRICATED BUILDING SYSTEMS BRACING SYSTEMS :

M.S. Rod bracing shall conform to Structural Components of ASTM A36 Grade 36 or equivalent with minimum yield stress of 34.5KN/cm2.


SPECIFICATION OF STEEL:

Flange & web material for buildup section of all prefabricated building systems structural member are fabricated from high grade steel plate conforming IS: 2062, ASTM AS 572 50, Grade 345 type. Purlins are secondary members of steel structure are cold formed Z & C shaped section are made of high grade steel conforming to ASTM A607 grade 50.

Horizontal bracing: 25 round steel

Wall cladding: corrugated steel sheet+glass wool+corrugated steel sheet

Roof cladding: corrugated steel sheet+glass wool, skylight panel,ventilator
