Inquiry	we quote according to the 2D or 3D drawing, or the sample
Negotiation	Quality-Price-Mould material-Delivery time-Payment-Technique requests
Down payment	T/T, 50% deposit, 30% T1 testing sample,20% after approval samples.
R and D	We check product design. If there is unreasonable points, we will offer our suggestion.
Confirmation	We send the product design and mould design to customer for confirmation
Machining center	CNC milling machine-NC wire cutting-NC-EDM and so on
Testing	Testing the mould to make sure everything is ok
Confirmation	We send the sample to customer to check
Balance	Buyer send us the balance of the mould before shipping
Delivery	We send the mould to our customer by sea or by air as the demand of customer

1 Which kind of service do you provide?

We provides custom CNC machining service, meanwhile, we also coordinate with partners making sheet metal &stamping parts, die casting parts, injection molding parts etc.

2 What is the quality grade for your products?

Full quality control from raw material to finished product. 100% inspection with report before shipping.

3 Could you provide sample?

Yes, we can make sample. Usually the express fee for sample is paid by client.

4 Is there any MOQ?

No MOQ. 1 pc is acceptable.

5 What is your lead time?

Usually 15 days to 30 days depending the PO quantity.

6 How could we get a quotation?

Pls send us your design drawing for quotation.

7 What is your payment term?

Normally 30% deposit by T/T, the balance be paid before shipping by T/T. For small amount, full payment by T/T or Paypal after agreement. L/C is also acceptable.
