Special PPG 1

Application:

Used in refrigerators,freezers,cold storage and other Polyurethane heat preservation,cold insulation material.

Feature:

SA-460:Good intermiscibility with physical foam-ing agents.Mixed with other rigid PPG in a variety of foaming system,especially fit for pentane foamingsystem.It can improve the compression strength and dimension stability.

SA-380:With moderate Functionality and viscosity.It is fit for various foaming system solely or with other rigid PPG.Balance between foam mobility and dimensional stability is favorable for Polyurethane heat preservation boards.

SA-380 and SA-460 belong to the same class of rigid PPG and fit for pentanes system.Low hydroxyl value and viscosity of SA-380 can improve material mobility.High hydroxyl value and viscosity of SA-460 can improve the compression strengthen and dimension stability.The mixed utilization of them will be better.

Application:

Used as heat preservation and cold insulation material in refrigerators,freezers,cold storage,and also used in rigid foam painting,etc.

Feature:

Has high activity and viscosity,fits with various foaming system,and needs to mix with common rigid PPG.Difficult to use solely due to high activity.High viscosity leads to difficult utilization in winter.

Special PPG 2

Application:

Used for the synthesis of amino terminated polyether and rigid thermal insulation materials.

Feature:

Tri-functional hydroxyl-terminated polypropylene oxide ether with molecular weight of 440 is used in the ammomification synthesis of amino terminated polyether,which can be used as Epoxy har-dener and polyurethane reacting crosslinking agent dueto low viscosity,high activity and good colourity.

Application:

High resilience opening agent.

Feature:

It can effectively improve the opening capability of high resilient foam which fits for full MDI system or M/T cold molded foam system.Please pay attention to the possible collapse of foam for the preparation of full TDI system or T/M high resilient block foam.

Application:

Mixed with polymer polyol.Used in producing high resilience,thermal-molded foam for cushions of automobiles,motorcycles and dashboard.

Feature:

With a functionality of 3 and molecular weight of 3000,this high-activity polyether polyol can be used in produce thermal-molded foams,which has a higher activity,shorter stripping time.It's activity is higher than DEP-5631D,but lower than EP-330NNY.

Application:

Car sealant.

Feature:

With a functionality of 3 and molecular weight of 3000,It can be used in car sealant.The reaction activity is steady,and it can reduce product VOC.

Application and Feature:

With a functionality of 2 and molecular weight of 2000,this high ethylene oxide content polyether polyol can be used to synthesize water-sweliable polyurethane for waterproof plugging materials.

Application:

Used in flame-retardant high resilience form,cold molded flexible foam,self-skinning foam,reacting injection mold-ed products,etc.

Feature:

Structural flame-retardant POP can sffectively improve the flame retardency and supporting capacity of high resilience foam when mixes with high activity PPG.Comparing with common POP,these two product have extremely higher opening ability.Please mind to aviod the collapse of foam caused by it's excessive opening capacity when produce high resilience foam.
