Q:How can I trust you? How can I make sure my money is worth paid and you will provide products what I want?

A: Customers can visit our factory before placing new order to us, we will pick up you from the airport, and send yo to airport if you want to go back to your country. We do 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L after the boat shipped, we can do L/C payment with customers. We will take goods photos and send to customers for quality checking before goods shipped out, or customers can arrange the inspection after the goods finished.

Q:How can I know how my order is being done

A:We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.

Q: How can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to offer you samples after receiving the sample cost.

Q: Do you accept customized orders?

A: We are professional furniture manufacturer so OEM and ODM are both welcome.

Q:Can we get a sample at first?

A:We can surely offer you samples, so you can check the quality at first, but the sample cost and shipment concerned will be on your charge.

After-sale service:

We offers after-sale service, our customer service staff will help you with any questions or concerns. Under any circumstance, we will take well packed products pictures before shipping. So if any damage on products, please take pictures for us.

(1) If a product is delivered damaged or with parts missing but the packages are intact, normally take it as our responsibility, then we will replace any missing or damaged items. However the customer must notify Easy office Furniture in writing and provide evidence of any damage.

(2) If a product is delivered with damaged packaging then the customer must check the contents for damaged items, if there are any damages to the product with damaged packaging, generally this is the responsibility of the shipping company, or the damages or missing parts during installation.
