1. Packaging speed and the bag length can be adjusted Steplessly within the rated range, without having to replace parts. Bag length through digital set packaging machine controller, stepper motor-driven pull bag, bag length can be changed easily, bag-making length is accurate, stable and reliable operation.

2. Heat seal body using four-way heating control, heat seal temperature can be preset, automatic temperature control, guarantee a good thermal balance, suitable for various packing materials to ensure the bags seal tightly, smooth appearance.

3. Use of high quality optoelectronic switch (magic eye) testing of the colour-coded packaging materials printing and positioning control, to packaging the finished product for the complete logo. (Intelligent photoelectric color mark positioning control system can be automatically excluded because of abnormal color patterns and poor printing of packaging materials caused by the influence of interference signals, stable and reliable operation. )

4. Automatically print the lot number or date of manufacture of the packaging.

5. Cut strip in each bag packaging, and easy for consumers to use.

6. Changing the packaging the finished bag width, forming devices for the bag needs to be replaced.

7. All parts in contact with packaging materials are manufactured using stainless steel or nontoxic material, in line with the hygiene standards of the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry.
