Double side automatic egg nest size: 2000mm long * 1370mm wide /set 

Single side automatic egg nest size: 2000mm long * 680mm 

Galvanized sheet thickness: 1.2mm

Galvanize coating: 275g/m2

Breeders capacity: 160 /set for one set double side automatic egg nest (four nests room)

Breeders capacity: 80 /set for one set single side automatic egg nest (two nests room)

Features:

• Double side nest and single side nest can be choosed, it will be designed as customer house drawing.

•   The nesbed up and down system of automatic poultry nesting box egg can be set on/off time every day automaticlly with timer, for driving the layers or chicken parent out from the nest at night  avoid the hens sitting and brooding in nest, affect appetite and egg production .

• The egg belt speed can be adjusted as need with converter, improve the automatic control, intelligent management level.

• Soft poutry nest pads, good ventilation, creat the friendly laying environment for layers.

• The nest can be custom with adjustable support legs, or put them on the plastic slats as customer requirement.
