Main application range for PPA9024 is polyolefin and engineering plastic products. The product is used in extremely low additive quantity (50-1000ppm) to improve the processing performance of polyolefin and engineering plastics, without affect the physical properties of the resin itself, as well as the cementation, printing and thermal sealing property of the product. It is suitable for polyolefin PE, PP, PC, PMMA and ABS, etc

Processing Guide
The dispersion of PPA in the resin determines in a large part the using effect, the recommended process is make the 2% - 3% master batch by the twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according to ultimate goal. When using for the first time, there are 20-60 minutes onset time according to the equipment, the base material and the shear rate. No onset time for the equipment that use PPA9024 long-term continuously.

To eliminate the melt fracture, improve smooth finish and diaphaneity of the product;

To reduce or eliminate the precipitate of nose, extend the continuous production time;

To increase the ratio of LLDPE in the formula, cut down the cost and improve the quality of product;

In the condition of keeping the original backpressure, improve the production capacity of the equipment;

To improve the compatibility of toner and resin, increase the bearing capacity of carbon black in black master batch and the brightness of master batch.
