Pneumatic Recovery System Sand Blasting Booth
Product Description
Sand Blasting Booth requires the operator is inside the room during the blasting process. Personal protective equipment protect the operator from abrasive or shot impact, and fresh air supply provides sufficient ventilation through the operator's helmet.
Sand Blasting Booth is used for blast cleaning a wide range of parts or components which shapes and sizes requiring manual blasting. In combinatio with nozzle, sand blasting pot and control pannel, workpieces surfaces can be automatically processed and areas that are hard to access can be perfectly blast cleaned by operator. Thus, the flexibility is maintained whilst reducing the number of operators needed.
Suitable Workpieces: Large or irregular castings/forgings, welded structure, transfermer tank, engineering machinery, locomotive vehicle, boiler manufacturing, chemical machinery, etc.
Abrasive Transportation: Jichuan Machinery is well experienced in designing and manufacturing the screw conveyors and vibratory rows for abrasive transportation.
Workpieces Transportations: Railcar/Flatcar: Powered or Nonpowered; Monorail roof slots; Roof supported hoist beams etc.
Operator Access: Catwalks on interior side walls;Powered manlifts etc.
