Mold Base	HASCO,DME,MEUSBURGER,JIS, LKM or per customer's request.
Mold Steel	H13, DIN2312,2738,2344,718,S136,8407,NAK80,SKD61 etc. Original steel certificate could be provided per request.
Cavities	Single cavity, multi-cavities
Runner	Cold Runner/Hot Runner
Mold Life	100,000 -1,000,000 shots
Plastic material	ABS,HIPS, PP,PE, PS, PMMA, PVC, TPU,PEEK, etc.
Design software	CAD/CAM/PRO/E,SOLIDWORKS,UG.
Main Technique	Drilling/CNC machining, precision wire cutting/ EDM/Grinder/ Laser etching/Polishing/ Texture etc.
Testing Tools	2D measuring, 3D measuring, etc. CMM report for core, cavity and main components and inserts could be provided per request.

Payment Term	40% of deposit by T/T upon order confirmed , 30% payment upon T1, 30% balance paid against the samples confirmed and mold delivery.
Delivery Time	Mold: 5-8 weeks Plastic parts: Injection molding to be arranged after sample approved within 1 week.

Packing

1). For Injection mold: coated with transparent anti-rust oil, prevent rusting and easy for cleaning.

-By sea freight, crate box with vacuum packaging for mold
-By air freight, crate box, with cling film packaging

2). For plastic parts: PE bags, carton yard for each layer, high quality packaging box.

Custom packing for both injection mold and plastic parts is acceptable.
Secondary processes of painting, printing and laser engraving are also available.
