Main transmission structure of planetary gear reducer: planet and Sun gear, outer ring gear.

Planetary gear reducer because of structural reasons, single reduction minimum 3, maximum is less than 10, the common reduction ratios: 3.4.5.6.8.10, speed reducer series is generally not more than 3, but some custom gear with large reduction ratio 4-stage reduction gear.

Compared to other speed reducers, planetary reducer with high rigidity and high precision (single-stage can be achieved within 1 min), high transmission efficiency (single-stage 97%-98%), high torque/volume ratio for life and maintenance-free characteristics.

Because of these characteristics, planetary speed reducers are mostly installed on the stepper motors and servo motors to reduce speed, improve torque, inertia match.

Rated input speed reducer can be up to 18000rpm (with the gearbox itself depends on larger reducer, rated input speed lower) and industrial-grade planetary gearbox output torque up to 2000Nm, special large torque reducer can be 10000Nm or more. working temperature from-25 ? to 100 ?, by changing the grease can change its operating temperature.
