PIN function is to limit the free movement of goods.
Degrees of freedom: all objects in space, will have six degrees of freedom, three x, y, z axis linear motion and the rotation around the x, y, z.
Consists of two or more parts of the mold, the mold design accurate positioning, and the adjacent part pins.
In spindle orientation, 1) mechanical cam (2) optical disks are used for coarse positioning, then there is a valve or on the pneumatic pin insert spindle pin hole slot or PIN for precise positioning, after you complete the change PIN out, the spindle starts rotating.
