OSLO type crystallizer introduction

OSLO type crystallizer also known as the Cristal crystallizer, a mother liquor circulation continuous crystallizer . The operation of the feed liquid added to the circulating tube, mixed with the circulating mother liquor, pumped to the heating chamber. The heated solution is evaporated in the evaporation chamber and supersaturated, passing through the central tube into the fluidized bed (see fluidization) below the evaporation chamber. In a crystal fluidized bed, supersaturated solutes in the solution deposit on the surface of the suspended particles, causing the crystals to grow. 


Crystalline fluidized bed hydraulic grading of particles, large particles in the next, and the small particles on the discharge from the bottom of the fluidized bed more uniform crystalline product. Small particles in the fluidized bed with the mother liquor into the circulation tube, re-heating to dissolve the tiny crystals. If the cooling chamber instead of Oslo evaporating the heating chamber of the mold and remove the evaporation chamber, etc., constitute Oslo cooling crystallizer.
