Description
1. When the orbit valve is fully opened, the plug channel will align with general valve's body, which will ensure the lowest pressure drop.
2. When rotate the handle wheel, the plug will rotate towards the closing direction, meanwhile drives the plug valve disc 90 degrees, when the handlewheel rotate unceasingly, the orbit valve's plug will be pressed downward, which will makes the two flanks of discopen, then the disc be firmly pressed on the seat and general valves be closed.
3. When the handle wheel rotate in a negative direction, then plug will move upwards,which enable the disc separated from the seat, if rotate the handlewheel unceasingly at this time, the plug will drives the disc for 90 degrees, finally the plug's channel is aligned with valve body channel, the general plug valve is fully opened.
Main Characteristics
1.the main advantage of this orbit valve is that the disc and plug are break away from each other during the process of closing, there is zero friction during closing, there is no abrasion for sealing surface, besides orbit valvess adoped soft sealing which guaranteed zero leakage when close the valves.
2. Bi-direction flow, which is more convenient for installation and usage.
3. For the spare parts material and flange size, can be customized according to different actual working condition to meet project requirements.
