Oil Separation Tank

Oil separation tank uses the different proportion of the suspended matter and water in the waste water to achieve the purpose of separation. Oil separation tank is constructed by flow cytometry, oily wastewater by distributing water trough into a planar rectangular pool that lie between oil and along the horizontal direction of the slow flow, flow in oil on the surface of the water, by collecting pipe or set in the pool surface scraping oil onto the set of tubing into the dewatering pot. The heavy oil and other impurities that are deposited in the oil tank are accumulated in the sludge bucket in the bottom of the pool, and the sludge is discharged into the sludge pipe by mud. The wastewater treated by the oil is discharged into the drain tank, and the subsequent treatment is carried out to remove the emulsified oil and other pollutants.
