Offshore Electric Control Internal Pipe Line Up Clamp

This clamp is mainly used for aligning two pipes in long distance offshore pipeline construction projects, equipped with copper backing shoes to support automatic welding. Control mode: electric control with battery alarm. Also can be pneumatic & electric double control according to the customers demand.
Technical points and advantages of DP clamp:
1. Multi-cylinder design for small pipe size 6”, 8”, 10”, providing stronger supporting force.
2. All welding parts, joints and pressing buckles on both ends of the hose are made of stainless steel, the carbon steel bearing parts are nitride treatment. All standard parts are anti-rust treatment.
3. This clamp can be modified to meet tributary line welding needs. Means the clamp can rotate 360°freely along with the pipe after the clamp has expanded to hold the pipes, ensuring no gas between pipes.
4. The copper backing shoes are made of heat-resistant alloy copper, normally each set of shoes can do 110 joints (average data between big and small pipe size). The material is of high strength, high hardness, high conductivity and high softening temperature etc.

6. The copper backing device use double-spring & split type design to protect the copper shoes more effectively and make sure the copper shoes fit the pipe inner wall better.
