The system consists of a fiber laser and a robot integration. laser focus head mounted on the robot's wrist. This configuration can easily complete the shape complex sheet metal welding. Robot programming by demonstration or offline program, automatic weld path is given. integrated clamping devices, optical security seals, smoke extraction devices, all of which are designed and manufactured according to European standards. Optional dedicated sensor system (seam tracking, process sensors) in order to ensure the reliability of process control and consistency. this system is particularly suitable for welding quality and consistency requirements, production of large scale and complex geometry parts welding. this system is easily integrated into existing production lines, welding robot welding production lines have been upgraded.
