2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, China. You can fly to Guangzhou Baiyun airport directly. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

3. Q: How can I get some samples?

A: For saving your time and cost, we would like supply free samples according to our standard type in stock. If it is customized size, we need spend 15-25 days for new samples production.

4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is our life, we always attach great importance to the quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We have QC department and strict management system such as ISO9001.

5. Q: How about the leading time?

A: In generally, its 10-15 days. If some special products for FCL shipment, it will be about 20-30 working days.

6. Q: How about the packing and delivery?

A: All are standard package for export. For different products, may have some difference. If you have special requirements, we could do as your request. All will be packed by cartons or pallets.

7.  Q: What is your good service?
