1.Brief Introduction

Cationic Surface Sizing Agent Powder JH-WX603 is based on JH-WX602 and is a polymer of anti-resistant agent,Surface strengthening agent,anti-damp agent and etc.

It can replace the surface sizing agent liquid and pulp

sizing agent totally.It is easy to be used and can be gelatinized together with starch.Without using meter pump and professional sizing staff,the sizing cost will be decreased considerably.The paper RCT and hot-water-resistance will also be increased dramatically.JH-WX603 is widely used in the corrugated paper,cardboard paper and etc.

3.Characteristics

3.1 To increase the paper strength and water resistance.It is odorless and will not let paper get damp.The related production cost can be decreased accordingly.

3.2 To completely replace the surface sizing agent.It can increase the hot-water resistance,RCT and stiffness of paper.

3.3 It is easy to use and have better mechanical stability.

4.Dosage&Application tips:

Dosage:6kg to 10kg per mt of paper

JH-WX603 can be gelatinizated with starch.The heating speed should be slowed after the temperature of gelatinized mixer arrive 70?.And keep the mixer for around another 20 minutes after the temperature arrive 93 ? to 95 ? so that the starch can be fully reacted with other raw materials.The gel should be gelatinized in one continues process then dilute with water.The sizing and RCT effect will be influenced if diluted the mixer with water during the gelatinization process.

5.Package,Storage&Shelf life time: 

The pacakge is 25kg,50kg or 1000kg jumbo bags.It should be stored in cool place and avoid direct exposure to the sunlight.The shelf life time is 12 months.
