7?Specification Of The Wallpaper Construction

Note:Please be sure to read the specification carefully before construction

The wall of construction must be smooth, clean, no peeling, no powder,and the color must be light color and consistent.It’s better to use environmental-friendly basilemma to cover the base,as if using painting to cover the base,it maybe cause a chemical reaction with the wallpaper,thus affect the quality.In addition,the wall must be completely dry before construction.

This product is an environmental-friendly material.It’s strictly forbidden to soak in water,and must be dry paste.In order to prevent discoloration,vinyl wallcoverings must be pasted with special wallpaper glue,and it’s better to paste non-woven wallpapers with glutinous rice wet gule.It’s strictly forbidden to use or mix with carpenter’s white glue, in case of harmful smell and black mold .

One wall must use the same batch wallpaper,and be constructed in strict accordance with the serial number sequence,or the wallpapers may have color difference. When constructing the products with flowers,please click to the marks,and to other products without flowers,the effect will be best to construct with both two sides.

To vinyl wallcoverings,please brush the glue solution on the back of the cut wallpaper,and then place the vinyl folded for 5 minutes.Thus the effect of construction will be best.

Non-woven,non-woven foaming,pure paper,screen printing,yarns,etc.Such as these products,we suggest use glutinous rice wet glue.Please concoct the glue to reasonable concentration.Thick glue but thin coating is the principles.And the glue solution should be brushed on the wall.Brushing the glue solution on the back of the wallpaper is strictly forbidden,because the glue would be absorbed, and cause some problems such as color difference, color spot and fade.

Non-woven products is strictly forbidden to scrape with scraper vigorously,especially high foaming class and flocking products.It’s better to brush with a soft brush or press with a special roller.The juncture shouldn’t have any overflow glue.If there is ,please clean it with a special sponge immediately.Please make sure clean construction,no pollution and waterlogging on the surface of the wallpaper.Or they will affect the effect of the wallpaper even wipe it.

Some products like dark wallpapers,non-woven,pure papers,gold foil class,it’s normal that their juncture are slightly obvious,because the contractility is more bigger when they meet glue.You can use water color pen to repair them.

If you find there is any quality problem when the construction begin,please stop immediately and contact with the dealer.In principle,according to the international practice,if one roll has quality problem,we only pay for 1 roll;if the wallpaper has been cut and pasted on the wall,we would pay for 2 rolls at maximum.However,if the problem is caused by the wrong construction way or not checking the batch number,we won’t assume any responsibility.

The adhesive used in the construction process should meet the construction requirement of water-based adhesives in HJ/T220,and the interface treatment agent used in the base should meet the requirement of wallpapers and coatings in HJ/201.
