1. Description of Continuous nut roaster
This multifunctional walnut roaster machine fits for low temperature drying and high temperature baking walnut kernels and other seed products, heat supply is divided into LNG and steam type. Originally set temperature of roaster can be regulated via regulating proportional burner controller and parameter of electric steam valve at top of oven so that low temperature drying and high temperature baking can be finished.
Structure and function: multifunctionaloven is composed of feeding part, roasting part, cooling part, discharging part and vibrationscreen part.
The capacity is 500kgs/hour, 1000kgs/hour.


2. Features of Continuous nut roaster
1). It can reduces the labor cost, and improves working efficiency;
2). It has reasonable heat distribution design, so tha the airflow is uniform, so as to ensure the uniform roasting effect;
3).The equipment is designed to get the result of the recirculation of roasting air, then it decreases the enengy consumption.
4). The cooling system is integrated to prevent excessive baking and to keep the sweet potatoes in the optimum state.
5). Different areas are insulated for minimum heat loss and lowest running cost.
6). There is one door on each side, so you can clean easily.


3. FAQ
1) Question: What about installation?
Answer: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. And customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
2) Question: What about after sale service?
Question: We provide two years warranty period for large equipment. One year for small filling machines. We provide wearing parts(not caused by improper operating) for free within the warranty period(except delivery fee).
