Model FA716A High Speed Doubling machine is suitable for the subsequent process after winding for doubling the yarn of cotton, wool staple fiber and their blends with various counts into cone and supplied to two-for-one twister or twisting machine.

Each individual winding head of the machine is fitted with a driving motor and inverter for adjusting speed which can control the property of the length setting, the curve of frequency conversion and soft start according to the parameters of doubling requirements through the Man-machine interaction. At the same time, it is also possible to set up the processing parameters in individual winding head or whole machine. Besides, also display the current working state of individual winding head.

This machine have many features such as  large package, high speed, excellent building, simple operation and facility maintenance, less floor space.
