5.Description of Miniature Sensor

This load cell is very small and cute.We are serious in every detail.No matter the silicon rubber thickness,the distance between hole and silicon rubber,the cable length and the connection cable end.This cleverish configuration makes sure that this load cell could be used in a narrow space. 

The strain gauges used in load cell made by ourselves also,it ensure the consistency.We use the good aluminum material,and the load cell with anodized .We use evanohm foil strain gauge.

6.After-Sales Service

The load cell warranty period is 18 months,during this period,no human damage,any load cell problesm feel free to contact sales engineer please. They will feedback your problems to our engineer,and our engineer will analyse your sensor problem.And you could return the rejects to LCT to repair.                                   

Once we receive these load cells,our QC will test all.Some will be repaired,some will be scrapped.Later we will ship the repired load cells for you.
