MBS type Rod mill is characteristic of grinding process of grinding media contact with the ore line, which has a role in selective grinding. Uniform product size, crushing mineral particles less. When used for coarse grinding, Rod mill throughput is greater than with the specifications of the mill. And vice versa. Rod mill has dry and wet two forms to choose from, user may act according to own actual situation to decide.

Product principle

MBS Rod mill work, and around motor through reducer gear deceleration transmission or low speed synchronous motor directly through the surrounding large gear reduction drive, drive cylinder rotation. Cylinder fitted with suitable grinding medium---steel bars. Under the action of centrifugal force and friction grinding media, being promoted to a certain height, is thrown off or discharge fell fell, grinded materials by continuous feed port into the cylinder, was crushed by the movement of the grinding media, and through the overflow and continuous feed product discharge machines, to the next process.
