Application:806D is designed for independent cylinder spring-mattress, non-woven compound, paper packing etc.

Feature:Melt quickly, moderate viscidity, moderate opening time, excellent softness, strong                 construction power, good temperature resistance, excellent anti-aging properties.

Physical Properties:Appearance: Amber, translucent

Viscosity:850±100 cps @180?

                 1050±150 cps @170?

                 1450±200 cps @160?

                 2200±300 cps @150?

Softening Point:105±5?

Useage guidance :• Suggested operation temperature: 150?-170?.

                 • Suggested tooling method: hot-melt spray system.

                 • Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120?. Then                      flush it with the same type adhesive below 170?.
