Purpose:
The product is mainly used for binding all kinds of baked brick, lime-sand brick, concrete brick, stone and so on.

Character:
With plastic shrinkage, low shrinkage rate, and improve the wall crack resistance, impermeability and resistance strain capacity, improve the integrity and stability of wall.

Usage:

1, the basic level processing: the basic level should be dealt according to elevant regulations, to ensure construction quality.

2, superabsorbent brickwork should be wetting before construction, concrete surface should be use special purpose mortar interface agent.

3, Add mortar to clean water and mix to the desired consistency,mix a minimum of 2 minutes with shelved 3-5 minutes recommended for best workability.recommended mortar and water ration is 7:1 by weight, the water is about 140~160 kg for one metric ton dry mortar, mixing mortar should be paid attention to prevent bask and take shelter from the wind.
4, the product can be operating time: at a time mixture of mortar should use up within two hours, supplementary water used is prohibited after the solidification.

5, when the winter construction, temperature of mortar should not be lower than 5?, it must be mixed with warm water if temperature lower, but water temperature should not exceed 80?. Construction environment temperature should not be lower than 5?, suggestion to stop construction when lower than 5?. construction site should be taken insulation antifreezing measures.

6, Pay attention to moistureproof issues in store and transportation. usually,placed in the warehouse, and used waterproof cloth cover.
