The feeding machine is mainly formed with two set ZG type inertia vibrator, shock absorber, feed trough of three parts. Because 2 sets inertia vibrator are symmetric installed on the feeding trough, Feeding trough is do harmonic vibration movement along the force direction. The feeding process of the feeder is feeding trough do reciprocating linear vibration along the direction of dip to achieve it. when the feeding trough's vibration acceleration in vertical tank bottom direction is greater than the acceleration of gravity in vertical tank low direction of the component, the material on the trough is threw up, and do jumping forward movement according to the parabolic trajectory. Every time trough do vibration, material will be threw up once. Such materials do jumping movement with continuous trough vibration frequency to achieve feeding purpose.
