The training with these weights is at the same time a coordination workout for the athlete where the goal is to build especially explosive power, functional strength, endurance and stability. The cardiovascular system, tendons and ligaments are strengthened as well as the lower back and waist area. The ergonomically shaped handles give you a better grip during the training. The flat bottom of the kettlebell ensures a secure and stable stand on the floor. You have the choice between three weight classes for your own personal training.
