Q1. Are your factory or trading company?

A: We are direct factory. We’ve been specializing in Jewelry cabinet production for more than 10 years. You are welcome to visit our factory anytime. We will pick you from Guangzhou airport or train station. We can also provide factory audit document by the 3rd party if asked.

 

Q2. What are your terms of delivery?

A: Our quotation is based on FOB Guangzhou port. We can also quote CNF or CIF is required.

 

Q3. Do you have Pro65 certification? 

A: We have had our painting, glue, MDF and flocked tested by Intertek. All complaints to Pro65. Please find attached PASS report. 

 

Q4. Can you do fumigation report?

A: We can apply for fumigation before exportation, but it's not necessary. The whole cabinet is made of MDF. There's no any solid wood included. 

Australia and New Zealand are also our key market, none of our clients there require fumigation report to pass the Customs. 

Please consult with your Customs. If it's necessary, we could apply for it for you. It's about $100 only.
