IV Cannula Dressing

Features: 

? High permeable polyurethane film (PU): 20-40g/m2, thickness 0.015-0.030mm

? MVTR of PU with flat coating: 18(K)g/m2/24h (37?)

? MVTR of PU with grid-coating: 46(K)g/m2/24h (37?)

? Hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive: 25-37g/m2

? CCK paper, PE or PET backing layer

? Transparency

? Silicone release paper

Conditions: 

? Fixing I. V catheter, PICC and CVC etc.

? Fixing anaesthesia catheter, pulmonary artery catheter, hemodialysis catheter, kidney dialysis and PCA cannula etc.

? Apply for friction skin or wet skin, such as skin care after trachea incision, care for torus of bone, skin care when gatism, bedsore precaution etc.

? Apply for slight bruise, cut,suturing wounds, etc.

As a second dressing for fixing some other dressings.

Direction for use: 

1.Take out the dressing, peel off the release paper, and stick on the skin. Make sure skin is dean and dry before using the dressing.

2.Make sure that I. V point is on the centre of the dressing, and place the incision part right towards I.V catheter.

3.Stick the dressing on skin naturally, do not drag it. Press the dressing slightly from the I.V point. Then peel off the paper fram from the tab design, at the and press the edge of the dressing smoothly meanwhile.

4.Smooth the dressing to enhance the fixing.

5.Write down the name, bed No. and other neccessary information on the recording tape. Stick the tape on the side of the dressing to make the dressing easy to remove after use. It could also be used to enhance the fixing of the I.V cannula.
