Incoloy 901 Bolt
BDF can produce qualified Incoloy 901 bolt of all kinds of cold formed and hot forged. The forms are hexagon bolts, hex heavy bolts, socket cap bolts, anchor bolts, and other non-standard bolts according to customer drawings. The size ranges from M8-M100 in METRIC and 3/8” to 3-1/2” in INCH, with varies length.
A nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing titanium and aluminum for precipitation hardening and molybdenum for solid-solution strengthening. The alloy has high yield strength and creep resistance at temperatures to about 1110? (600?). A subtantial iron content enables the alloy to combine high strength with good forging characteristics. Used in gas turbines for discs and shafts. Standard products form is round.
