A. 10mm-1.2mm tiles -- pack tiles in a paper box, then put boxes in fumigated seaworthy wooden crate.

B. 15mm and up tiles -- packed in fumigated seaworthy wooden crate with formed plastic inside.

C. Italian White Carrara Marble Slabs -- will be packed by wooden bundles with polished face to face.

2) Thk tolerance : -/+0.5mm for countertop and big slab; -/+1mm for tile

3) Surface flatness tolerance: +/-0.3mm

4) Diagonal tolerance : +/-1mm.

Our MOQ is usually 50 square meters.

3, What is your delivery time?

The time of delivery is four weeks after we receive the deposit.

4, What is the shipping port?

We ship the goods from wuzhou, port.

5,What are your payment terms?

We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% in the period of shipment or L/C.

6, What is your time of making samples?

Usually we will take 1~3 days to make the samples.

7, What are your main products?

Our main products are counter tops, tiles, stairs, window sill coping, pool coping stone, paving stone, curbstone, stone sinks, tombstone, and so on. And also we offer OEM services.

8, How about the samples?

We could send you the samples but the freight are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express fee. Please be rest assured of that.
