Main characteristics	?Excellent color fastness to washing and 170? extremely high heat resistance. ?Fine definition and superior transferring coverage with high gloss. ?Suitable for both Water base and Plastisol glues. ? Transparent effect after stamping. ? Medium definition with consistent release. ? Good coverage with high gloss; also good abrasion and scratch resistance. ? Applicable on all machine types in the graphics industry.

Recommended applications	Decoration of textiles, either all-over or with patterned designs.Foil for T-shirt stamping.

Operating hints	?Vertical stamping machines: Wheel die with temperature : 130 ~ 170 ? Stamping dwell time : 7 ~ 15 sec. Stamping Pressure : 2.5 ~ 6.5 kg/cm2 ?Roll on stamping machines: Temperature: 145? ~ 170? Glue quantity: 24 ~ 45 mesh/cm2 Stamping speed : 30 ~ 40 rpm Nip roller pressure :4 ~ 7 kg/cm2 ?Find the best combination by adjusting glue quantity, speed, temperature, dwell time and pressure to achieve the best stamping effects. ?In order to get the best washing resistance, wait the stamped T-shirt over 24hr for maturing after stamping.
