Features

This type of ball mill is a kind of traditional ball mill, with features of sliding bearings (Babbit metal bearing bushing seat),simple structure, and split installation. It is easy to lift it while installing and maintaining.Its feeders are classified into two types:combined feeder and cylinder feeder.

While placing your order,please specify the model,quantity,and the rotating direction as well.

Since the ball mills are classified into two types:grate ball mill and overflow ball mill,please specify the type.

The following parts may be added to large-scale ball mill as required by the customer.However,they should be ordered separately.

A Oil mist lubrication unit

B Soft start-up device(for changing the lining plate while making slow load-free running for overhauling)

C dynamic pressure bearing

The voltage of large-scale ball mill is classified into two types:6KV and 10KV, please specify the type while placing your order.

We can change the synchro motor used by large-scale ball mill to the mode of heavy reducer drive as required by the customer.

We can design and make double-dipper combined feeder as required by the customer to reduce inertial impact.
