High-pressure Transmission Pipe Production Line

This steel pipe and tube Mill line is used for producing pipes for high-pressure transmission fluid according to the standard of API-5L, API-5CT, ASTM A 53 and Grade A and B. Also it can produce the boiler pipe. This requires the output pipes with uniform physical performance and various diameters.

Seamless steel pipe can provide uniform physical performance but limited diameters. Using normal welding method can provide big range of diameter pipes but the welding seam place usually have stress there and not as strong as other place of the pipe.

This mill line have been designed to avoid the weakness of seam place. After the welding, we arrange special devices peeling the outside and inside melting bead, and doing certain heat-treatment on welding seam, erase the stress there, make the pipe to be seamless nomatter on appearance and performance.

Technical process:

We can also offer designs according to buyer’s requires, make some change on the above process flow, to satisfy the buyers’ needs.
