This equipment is our company research and development of efficient dust removal equipment of low resistance. Its characteristic is: the resistance of small, uniform velocity, high efficiency of dust collection. Its advantage is: the wear resistance, high temperature resistant, not blocked, no operation cost and no secondary pollution, light weight, convenient transportation and long service life.

The new XL high efficiency and low resistance Swirl water film desulfurization deduster is improved on the base of granite water film deduster. With advantages of convenient installation, short construction time, long useful life and low price, it is an ideal new desulfurizating and dust-removing product for burners.


Structure and Principle

XL Swirl water film desulfurization deduster consists of Venturi, Main tube, Top water injection tank, Bottom spillway, cleaning hole and so on. Its principle is: Dust stream enters Venturi from entrance dust duct and is sprayed by water into larynx entrance. Because of the high speed of flue gas, sprayed water is dissolved into very small water mist and moistens the dust in the flue gas.

During this progress, the dust in the flue gas is moistened and becomes heavier, which favors the centrifugal separation of the dust. Under the condition of high-speed fluffy stream, because water drips are very different from dust particles, their speeds are also different. So that water drips collide with dust particles and they condense into one body. Particularly, small dust can be dissolved by water mist and all these made full preparations for the separation of dust. Then they enter the tube. The tube is round. The water enters the tube from the upper water injection tank and makes a membrane flowing from the top to the bottom. The flue gas enters from the bottom of the tube and rises with rotating movement. The flue gas always rubs the water membrane in the tube under the centrifugal force. The water membrane moistens the flue gas and the dust flows with water to the bottom of the deduster. Then the dust will be drained off from the spillway. The bottom of the tube is sealed and water sealed tank is set to prevent the smoke leaking from the bottom. Cleaning hole is used to clean the bottom of the tube. The sewage after dedusting will be discharged from the bottom spillway into sedimentation tank to be counteracted and precipitated.

Then it can be used circularly. The purified air will be lead out from the top cone part. The aim of dedusting can be achieved. If alkaline water is added into the circulatory pool, the effect of desulfurizating and dedusting can be achieved.


Characteristics

The features of XL Swirl water film desulfurization deduster contain low price, convenient installation and lightweight. It is an ideal boiler dedust product.

Adopting natural granite and be shaped into round bending board, the whole structure of the product is smooth and even. It has specialities of anticorrosion, wear- resisting and heat- resisting.

The outside of the product is cast with high-strength heat- resistant and acid & alkali resistant materials. The tube is protected by steel board, which makes the equipment stronger and useful life longer.

The top tank is ceramic structured. Ceramic deduster ensures that water will not pure in during the progress of water supply. The problem of water permeation with the old granite deduster can be avoided and the effect can be improved.

The inner side is smooth and even. It makes the water consumption reduce to 2/3 and costs reduced.
Installing is easy. Generally, every section is 1 meter long. Installation will be completed in half a day. The construction time can be decreased.

The main body adopted the structure of 1 meter a section. There are concavo-convex joints on the interface of every section. When installing, furan resin and acid & alkali resistant plaster mud are used on the joints. It ensures that water will not leak from the joints. The problem of water permeation with the old granite deduster can be avoided.

Because XL Swirl water film desulfurization deduster is very light, the cost of transportation will be decreased.

The sizes of flanges are provided on the entrance and exit. When installing, flange joints will be filled with asbestos rope so that air leakage can be avoided. The effect of treatment will not be influenced.

Installation
1. Deduster base should be designed according to chosen model and installing location. The base must be even.
2. Water supply system, blowing pipe, sedimentation basin and such auxiliary facilities should be designed in the construction
3. The joint size of entrance and exit smoke duct should be made according to the flange size


Operational Maintenance
1. The quality of desulfurization deduster should be checked before operation. The clearness of water supply system should be assured and ash discharging hole should be sealed.
2. Before operation, induced draft fan should be turned on and then water can be supplied to the water supply system. Before stopping induced draft fan, water supply should be stopped. In operation, tube body must not be without water.
3. Alkaline sewage or boiler flushing water is adopted to counteract the acid sewage in the sedimentation tank. The sewage after counteraction can be used again after settling and filtration.
