High Density EPS Thermocol Foam Block Machine

1. The machine adopts PLC and touch screen for automatic the mould opening, mould closing, material feeding, steaming, temperature keeping air cooling, de-moulding and ejecting.

2. The machine is welded from high-quality profile steel, which is subjected to heat to treatment, ensuring high strength of the machine without deformation, and possibility of bearing the expansion force of the high-density product.

3. Adopting advanced moulding technique, the machine is applicable to produce block of high density and low-density and can ensure same quality of inside and outside block.

4. The mould cavity surface is coated with Teflon, ensuring easy de-mould and good finish of the block.

Note: 1. Block conveying line and electronic weighing scale for the machine is optional.
