Heat pipes evaporators is the high flue gas temperature of glass furnace, energy-loss situation, combined with the heat pipe technology, developed a glass kiln waste heat recovery equipment. Its use of glass furnace waste gas for the production of steam for atomisation of the fuel, or used preheated heavy fuel oil system steam to reach full self-sufficiency, can also be used as live steam and gas generator carburetor. Working principle of heat pipe evaporator is mainly made up of bubbles, heat pipe and the smoke box. After the devices are mainly installed in regenerator flue, kiln waste gas generated at run time from the device in the smokebox by, smoke box heat conduction in heat absorption in flue gas to water in the drum, heated vaporizing water, saturated steam produced for use by the production and life, so as to replace the original steam boilers to save energy and reduce consumption.
