Extruder 
Efficient single screw extruder with water-cooling force feeding system, and barrel with grooving in the feeding zone are designed to save power of main motor; Long L/D ratio and mixing head are designed to get perfect jellification and high output.

Vacuum calibration tank& Water spraying tank 
It adopts bronze or stainless steel calibrators; High-efficiency water-spraying cooling to ensure quality of pipes.

1. How long is the sample time of the slipper? Does the sample fee can be returned?

Proofing is usually 5-7 working days. Usually we pay for the sample charges.  

2. About the sample what is the cost of transportation?

The freight depends on weight, packing size and your country or province region, etc. You can confirm goods by photo and video to save this money, if you become our old customer. 

3. How to control quality?

A, all the raw materials by IQC (Incoming Quality Control)

B, process each link in the process of IPQC (Input process quality control)

C, after finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging.   

4.Are you manufactory or trade company?

5. How much the transportation freight of samples?

The freight depends on the weight and packing size and destination from here to your location 

6. How long can I expect to get the sample?

The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days.  The samples will be sent via international express such as DHL , UPS , TNT , FEDEX and would be arrived within 3-5 days. 

7.Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your products or package?

Sure. Your Logo could be printed on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
