If our customers could repair the products by themselves locally, we will supply necessary spare parts.

If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be sent back to us, and we repair and bear 50% freight charge.

Q2. How about warranty period? If any problem, can I get enough support?

A2. All the products you purchase from us have 1 YEAR WARRANTY. If the product is broken during this time, you can ship the item to us to repair . With strong technical team, we can provide life-time and timely technical support whenever there is something wrong with our products.

Q3.Warranty?
A3.1.Warranty: 12 Month for Cameras;
2.The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;
3.During the warranty,any defective products can get repaired for free;
4.The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence,the carelessness,repaired or altered without the authorization.
