¦lWireless Remote Seismic Recorder

image.png

This seismic recorder is used for continuous recording of man-made or excavation activity generated seismic signals from the surface or underground. The instrument uses up-to-date design of distributed data acquisition, centralized data collection and cableless telemeasurement, providing continuous data acquisition, storage, and processing of seismic signals. It also provides a stable hardware platform by adopting a 32-bit embedded technology together with 24-bit A/D and massive FLASH storage technology. The technical specifications are guaranteed through advanced MEMS vibration sensing technology and weak signal recognition technology. It can be used for in-seam seismic exploration in the mining face, microseismic monitoring of mining areas and warning of mining activities off boundary.

¦ Application

·Tunnel wave exploration of interior structures in the mining face

·Dynamic monitoring of "three zones" development during mining operation

·Real time monitoring of mine seismicity, gas gush, and impact ground pressure

·Real time monitoring and warning of illegal mining activities of small mines

·Monitoring of the off boundary mining activities of small mines

·Real time dynamic monitoring of coal mine mining activities

·Preservation of cultural relics and shooting range arrangement

¦ Technical specification

·Acquisition resolution:24-bit A/D

·Dynamic range:=120dB

·GPS timing error:±1µs

·Amplification factor:0~64 adjustable

·Max channels:3/recorder

·Sampling interval:0.25ms, 0.5ms, 1ms/2ms

·Memory capacity:8G (16G optional)

·Power supply:Battery or AC

·Operation time:=40h (battery)

Radio perspective technique (Tunnel Perspective) has been used over 20 years in China. It is a commonly used geophysical prospecting technique in coal mines. Tunnel perspective technique can be used to find and delineate various targets according to the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic wave between boreholes or tunnels and the absorption condition by dielectric. The technique has good exploration effect on geological abnormal bodies such as subsided columns in working face, faults, folds and thin coal areas.. It is one of the main geophysical exploration methods in coal mine, which can guide the production of fully mechanized coal mining well.

¦ Application

To detect faults in coal seams where the drop is greater than 1/3 of the seam thickness;

To detect approximate range of rich water cut area;

To detect the fluctuation of roof and floor of coal seam;

To detect subsided column, which is found to be larger than 10 meters in diameter;

To detect igneous rock intrusion;

Variation zone of waste thickness.
