Our FRP shaft insulator is a new designed high technical insulator which widely used in electrostatic precipitator.FRP shaft insulator fast take place of ESP porcelain insulator .Compared with traditional ESP porcelain insulator, There are more advantage of the FRP shaft insulators.

1.2 High insulation performance.

Insulation Value :50kV/cm

1.3 High thermal Stability .

Temperature Range type 1 : -30°C ~ 180 °C; type two type 1 : -30°C ~ 200°C

1.4 High impact resistant.

Bending Strength = 800Mpa

Torsion Strength = 780Mpa

Compression Strength = 600Mpa

Elasticity Modulus = 2.8×105

Interlaminar Shear Strength = 50 Mpa

3. Usage Notice:

3.1FRP shaft Insulator for ESP can’t use in the environment where can reduce the insulator insulation performance and make insulator moisture condensation.

3.2 The EDP should working in negative pressure, never in positive pressure to avoid the FRP shaft insulator surface pollution.

3.3 Please make sure the FRP shaft insulator isn’t skewing during assemble it.

3.4 The FRP shaft insulator should be inspection before using , should maintain regular by the well trained staff.
