The technical features of the production line:

2, the line can directly produce wafers with coil material, and do not need to do longitudinal and cross cut treatment of the coiled material, so as to reduce the production process, reduce the cost of production, reduce the possibility of damaging the surface of the coiled material, and ensure that the wafers produced are oil-free and scratch free.

3, the line takes full advantage of the width of the coiling material, and adopts the high-precision servo motor drive system to control the distance between the wafer and the wafer to the material edge to minimize. It can fundamentally reduce the amount of waste and make the utilization rate of raw materials more than 80%.

4, the production speed can reach 40-55 pieces per minute, and the production efficiency is improved.

5. Due to the modular design of the mold, the conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes when the size of the wafer is converted. The diameter range of the produced wafer ranges from 85 mm to 750 mm.

6, advanced open book system, six type leveling machine, high rigid mechanical press, automatic palletizing system, etc., ensure the high quality of the wafer.
