Flow equipment is mainly used as a preventive measure. During the process of discharge of hoppers or silos, and if there is a unit within the air blows the material on a regular basis, most of the material flow will be ideal. I100-type help flow air soft (air operating pressure-0.2bar). Air flow of material would have expected liquidity, while avoiding the bypass, cavity, separating lumps of the material may occur, and so on. Single-row installation, I100 flow cushion is widely used in the unloading of cement materials. In more complex cases, to help stream line distribution in General, such as Hydrated lime storage and quantitative feeding stations, enabling flow air, silo unloading, but also for the long-term storage of the item in the process and keep it moving. I100-type help flow air cushion in the pulsatile flow of long-term field experiments show that, all powdered materials can flow smoothly.
