Feature :
1. High strength:Silo inside with vertical steel, cross range are spiral griping, make silo more strength, wind resistance, earthquake resistance, and good for lot snow on.
2. Good sealing performance: with spiral crimping, thickens of crimping is five times of silo thickness, good sealing performance, convenient for fumigating and disinfection.
 3. Short construction duration: short construction period, for 1,000 tons silo, it takes 5-6 days, and customer can use it immediately.
4. Nice appearance: top of silo is cone shape, not easy for dust and water accumulation.
5. Long life time: silo use hot galvanized steel, top of silo are zinc coated, anticorrosive, long life time.

Silo top design should have the careful and rigorous pressure calculation for the conveyor feeding system at full load operation condition, the space arrangement for up-down connection type conveyors, the trestle, the gate valve etc. Ventilation Mouth and Emergency Pressure Relief Valve are must.
