Graphite EPS beads production line
The new researched graphite EPS beads production line adopts the design of scientific extrusion equipment. The parallel twin screw system and temperature properly controlled heat-exchanger system make no block on the discharge hole, so the products can reach perfect quality.
The underwater granulating system need high water pressure. The water temperature and water pressure which are scientific designed make no block on the discharge hole and avoid the early foaming in the pipeline. After centrifugal drying, we adopt Bottom-up vibration design to cool the beads, so as to ensure more effective production and higher quality products.
At present, Feininger has rich experience in production of graphite EPS beads. We can supply free technical training to customers. The using of Feininger graphite EPS beads production line can bring customers maximized benefit, without having to spend a lot of time and cost on the equipment debugging and running.
