FD-211 pneunatic and high-pressure polyurethane spray machine is designed according to the foaming characters of polyurethane foam and the real construction conditions, featuring accurate is convenient for maintenance, so FD-211 Polyurethane Foam Machine will be your perfect equipment for filling work.
Pneumatic motor
Two-way pneumatic motor adopts the latest mode of pneumatic reversing. Compared with electric reversing, it is more stable, durable and has lower failure rate, so it is more suitable for complex spraying construction.
Booster pump
Booster pump is made of stainless steel, aiming to lower the abrasion of sealing elements to maximum and extend its service life. Both A and B booster pumps are equipped with oil cup and the pouring of DOP can avoid the abrasion of material crystallization to the sealing effectively.
Heating system of mainframe
The heating system of mainframe adopts independent and all-aluminum heater and high-power heating rod, so it has stronger heating capability and is suitable for low-temperature operation in winter. Due to the independent digital touch temperature controller, it can ensure the precise control of the materials' temperature, with the help of the perfect system of measuring temperature and over-temperature protection.
Heating hose system
Independent two-circuit heating hose adopt the most advanced wrapping heating, which is an innovation in this industry. It can maintain the best temperature and viscosity before the materials mix in the gun nozzle so as to reach the best mixing effect.
