Description of Polar RP HPLC Column
Traditional polar embedded reversed phase column use amino acid amide group bonding on the surface of the silica, which may cause residual amino. The residual amino presents alkaline characteristics, when analysis the acid (such as organic acid), will cause the peak tailing. Starlabadopts unique bonding process, solves the problem of residue amino, and at the same time adopts double end-capped technology to get excellent symmetrical peak shape.
