Tank process part: The material of the Oil tank is 3 mm Cold roll steel, flat cap using 5 mm cold roll steel with laser cutting, bending processing,welding process. During the Production, cutting the stell according to the drawing firstly,and the welding is strictly according to the ptimized process, using the latest TIG welding process. Phosphating process including pickling - water rinse - phosphating - water cleaning - drying. We will do Leakage test before painting.
