DWN Series Belt Type Drier

Principle: 

Feeder homogeneous materials with the Nets take the floor at, generally use the Nets with 12 ~ 60 Head Stainless Steel Wire Mesh, from drag gear dryer at moving. Dryer by a number of modules, each module an independent cycle of hot air, some exhaust gas discharged from specialized??fans, exhaust valve controlled by the heat from the bottom-up or down on the Net through the material covered with the completion of heat and mass transfer process, material moisture away. Net with slow-moving, running speed can be freely adjust the temperature according to materials, the finished product after drying for admission fall into the Medium Feeder. Up and down cycle of modules required can be flexible based on user equipment unit may also need to select quantity.
