The unit use relative movement between active Gear plate and fixed-gear in order to crush impacted material via and between gear plate, friction materials and their impact was crushed. Crushed material by action via centrifugal force, automatically enter into trap bag, the dust is recycled and filtered by vacuum box , The machine is designed according to "GMP" standards, with entire stainless steel materials, production processes without dust emissions. And can improve the utilization of materials, reduce business costs, it has now reached the international advanced level.

Material in hopper is conveyed via screw into crushing room, smashed by high-speed rotating blade, to convey the material into cyclone segregator , bag filter, ejection material is reach the product requirements by method of overpressure
